BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLAN
E*Hedge Financial, Inc. (“EHF”) has developed a Business Continuity Plan (“BCP”) explaining how EHF will respond to events that may significantly disrupt EHF’s commitment to efficiently and effectively service your financial and investment product needs. The purpose of this document is to provide you with a summary of the actions EHF will partake in to properly address significant business disruption both online and E*Hedge Financial, Inc. regional offices and/or EHF's corporate office.
If a significant business disruption occurs, EHF will implement various strategies to quickly recover and resume business operations. EHF’s Business Continuity Plan addresses many items, including: data backup, data recovery, customer data security and confidentiality, financial and operational evaluations; alternative communications with clients, vendors and employees; alternate physical location of employees; and ensuring EHF’s clients recieve prompt access to their funds. Significant business disruptions can vary in their scope, such as effecting only EHF’s corporate office which is located in a single building, the entire city where our regional offices are located, or a global conflict area. Depending on the type of disruption, we will transfer our operations offsite, recover and resume business as soon as possible.
If you are unable to reach client services due to a significant business disruption, contact EHF at 877-7EHEDGE or 844-EHEDGE1 or electronic email Support.Recovery@ehedgefinancial.com. EHF strives to ensure that any impact to its clients is minimal and will undertake unreasonable efforts to provide its clients with appropriate contact information.
If you are unable to reach EHF during a significant business disruption and you have a credit card, investment/ savings account, or financial advisory services offered by E*Hedge Financial, or Interactive Brokers, the custodian or MasterCard (Credit Card Products) permits you to call them directly.
